More than fifty percent of motorists generate extra cautiously when they have their puppy in the auto, but a substantial variety are unfamiliar with the procedures about transporting animals.
Some 54 for each cent of motorists say they are extra careful driving with their puppy on board. This figure rises to 69 for each cent for 18-24-yr-olds, but falls to 42 for each cent for motorists aged fifty five or around.
The figures arrive from a survey of two,000 motorists carried out by SEAT British isles, which also showed motorists from London are the most most likely to be extra careful when driving with a puppy in the auto. In addition, 35 for each cent of respondents mentioned they come to feel calmer when they have their puppy in the auto with them.
The Freeway Code calls for motorists to suitably restrain any dogs in their auto, but a third of those surveyed ended up not positive if there ended up any procedures, although 9 out of 10 did not know of the greatest penalty of a £5,000 good and 9 penalty factors on their licence.
